Wellness Space Milan

The Center
This center dedicated to Pilates, yoga, and aerial yoga is conceived as an interior architecture project designed to offer a complete wellness experience, where body, space, and perception enter into a harmonious dialogue.
Pure delight, just for you
From the very entrance, the atmosphere becomes intimate and immersive: a backlit panel depicting an Oriental landscape expands the spatial depth, while fragrances inspired by Eastern cultures gently accompany the transition from the city to a quieter, more contemplative dimension.

Space and Atmosphere
The interiors are defined by a slatted wooden ceiling that discreetly integrates and conceals the technical systems, reinforcing a sense of order, continuity, and natural balance. A large screen, extending across the entire room and clad in hand-painted wallpaper, recalls traditional Coromandel screens, becoming both a scenographic presence and a defining element of the project’s identity.

Materiality and Function
Furnishings are conceived as an integral part of the architecture itself. Custom-designed shelving hosts books dedicated to movement and the body, interwoven with functional objects, Pilates spheres, bespoke weights, and training accessories, transforming utility into a carefully composed visual narrative. Tibetan bells, gongs, and ritual elements introduce a sensory and contemplative layer, enriching the spatial experience.
Natural materials, wood, leather, and ceramics, define a warm and authentic tactile quality, reinforcing the intimate relationship between space and the human body.

An Immersive Experience
The project is completed by an internal terrace conceived as a relaxation area, enriched with greenery and seating: a space for pause and decompression that extends the experience beyond physical practice.
The entire center is envisioned as a place where the noise of the city gradually fades, time seems to slow, and the experience of movement intertwines with light, materiality, and perception—shaping an environment that is refined, sophisticated, and deeply sensorial.
