Protected Interior Milan

The Residence
This private residence in Milan is conceived as a deeply tailored interior architecture project, where space, material and light come together to shape a balanced and coherent living experience.
Balance and careful calibration
The entrance is defined by a hand-painted boiserie created by an artist, an enveloping surface that introduces a sense of continuity and intimacy, evoking the impression of stepping into a protective shell. The interiors unfold in a measured sequence, guided by carefully calibrated proportions, atmospheres and spatial relationships.

Materiality and Surfaces
The selection of materials is the result of extensive research: hand-embroidered and hand-painted wallpapers, backlit honey onyx, surfaces finished with pure gold leaf, and bespoke details developed specifically for the project. Materiality plays a central role, lending depth, vibration and a refined sensory quality to the space.

The Bathrooms
The bathrooms are conceived as autonomous environments, each defined by a distinct identity. In one, backlit onyx interacts with light, transforming it into a soft, diffused presence; in the other, a hand-painted wallpaper with a pure gold leaf background creates an intimate and luminous atmosphere, where decoration and architecture converge.

A Tailored Project
The entire project is marked by an extreme attention to detail, craftsmanship and the relationship between light and surfaces. Every element is designed in dialogue with the client, contributing to an interior that feels refined, intense and unmistakably contemporary.
