Architect Emanuela Esposito - Penthouse project in Torre Salaria. Luxurious living area with a white-colored fabric corner sofa, with small amaranth-colored cushions with golden patterns on top. In front of the sofa there is a wooden coffee table on two shelves: the bottom shelf is red in color, while the top one is black in color, also next to the sofa there is a black-colored cabinet with a glass base with a lamp above it, also black in color. In addition to the sofa in this living area there is an armchair with footrest both in amaranth-colored fabric.

A classic and international home in dialogue with the city. Architect Emanuela Esposito was responsible for the interior design of this prestigious 250-square-meter apartment on one of the top floors of Torre Solaria in Milan, which at 143 meters is the tallest residential building in Italy.

The owners’ request was to have a contemporary, classic house but with innovative materials.The centerpiece is the kitchen, made with great research of materials, indulging the passion of the client.

Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica and founded by Bernardo Fort-Brescia, the Solaria Tower features 102 apartments, including duplexes and triplexes. Each unit maximizes natural light with large windows and terraces that extend the interior. Etched glass parapets ensure a seamless indoor-outdoor experience while mitigating temperature fluctuations.
